Returns/Exchanges

At Little Green Booties, we want you to be happy with the products you order from us.  In the unfortunate event that you do not get what you were expecting, return the products within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund or exchange.  If we made an error with your order, we will refund the full amount, including original shipping costs and pay to have it shipped back to us. If the return is not a result of our error, we will refund the purchase amount less shipping costs.  You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us.  You are also responsible for all shipping costs associated with making an exchange. If the product was damaged during shipping, please keep the box and all packing materials as we can only process claims with all packaging items.

Return policy

Returned products must be unused and in the original packaging.  If items do not have their original packaging, but are unused, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied.  This restocking fee also applies if products are returned after 30 days.

Prior to returning your product(s), please contact us via email (returns@littlegreenbooties.com). We will reply with the return shipping information.

Expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks from receipt of the returned product.  We will email you the details of your refund.  Your refund will be credited back to the credit card used for the initial purchase or if it has been more than 30 days a check will be issued and mailed.

Used items such as bedding, water bottles, personal care products are not returnable due to health regulations.
