Shipping Policy
1. We only use the following carriers to ship your products to you: DHL, Fed-Ex, UPS, Speedy Delivery or USPS. Carrier chosen will depend on speed, availability and price.
2. We try to ship the same business day, however, sometimes we cannot. We guarantee shipping within 3 business days of your purchase. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below.
* Standard - U.S.(Contiguous): 3 to 5 business days after shipping (may take up to 7 business days)
* Expedited - U.S.(Contiguous): 1 to 3 business days after shipping
* Standard - U.S: Alaska, Hawaii: 3 to 7 business days after shipping (may take up to 9 business days)
* Standard - Canada: 6 to 10 business days after shipping (may take up to 12 business days)
3. Rates are as follows:
Standard - U.S. (Contiguous): We ship everything under $150 at a flat rate. Spend more than $150 and your shipping is free. Flat rate shipping means that we currently charge a single rate, $8.99, per order. Doesn't matter how much you order. It is always $8.99
Expedited - U.S. (Contiguous): We ship everything at a flat rate. Flat rate shipping means that we currently charge a single rate, $13.99 US, per order. Doesn't matter how much you order. It is always $13.99
Standard - U.S.: Alaska, Hawaii: We ship everything at a flat rate. Flat rate shipping means that we currently charge a single rate, $15.99 US, per order. Doesn't matter how much you order. It is always $15.99
Standard - Canada: We ship everything at a flat rate. Flat rate shipping means that we currently charge a single rate, $15.99 US, per order. Doesn't matter how much you order. It is always $15.99
Outside US and Canada - none at this time
4. We ship only to the 50 US states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO, or non-confirm-able addresses.
5. Low price guarantee. If we are able to ship it for less than we quoted you, we will refund any amount over $3 USD. For example, if we quote you shipping of $20 USD and it costs us $10 USD to ship, we will refund you $7 USD ($20 - $10 - $3 = $7). We do this to protect you against the fluctuating shipping prices without losing our shirt in the process.
